The T35-11 (T40-11) series axial flow fan is a new type of fan designed and improved on the basis of the 30-11 in China in the 1980s. Compared with the 30-11 fan, it has obvious advantages: 1. More reasonable structure: the hub is cylindrical, reducing flow loss, and the blade root strength is high; 2. There is a significant improvement in performance: the total pressure efficiency is 89.5%, and the noise (compared to A-level) is reduced by 3.6dB (A).


This series of fans is suitable for transporting non flammable, explosive, non corrosive, and non significant dust gases. The ambient temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, and it is widely used for ventilation and heat dissipation in general factories, warehouses, offices, and residential areas. It can also be installed in series with long exhaust pipes to increase the pressure in the pipes. After removing the casing, it can also be used as a free fan.


This series of fans has a total of 13 specifications of impeller diameter, ranging from large to small T35-11 (T40-11 has a total of 10 specifications). Each specification of fan has 4 blades, with five blade angles of 15 °, 20 °, 25 °, 30 °, and 35 °. The parameter range is wide, with an air volume of 826-67892m3/h and a wind pressure of 39-474Pa (see performance parameter table for details).


This series of fans mainly consists of components such as impellers, casings, collectors, and motors. The impellers are directly connected to the motors.


The anti-corrosion axial flow fan (FT35-11, FT40-11) is made of fiberglass material and is used to transport corrosive gases.


Explosion proof axial fans (BT35-11, BT40-11) are also derived products, used for transporting flammable and explosive places. The impeller is made of aluminum alloy to prevent sparks during operation, and the motor is equipped with an explosion-proof motor.


The performance parameters, external dimensions, and precautions of FT35-11 (FT40-11) and BT35-11 (BT40-11) ventilation fans are the same as T35-11 (T40-11).


Installation of T35-11 (T40-11) series axial flow fan


1. Before installation, the fan should be carefully inspected for any damage or deformation. If there is any damage or deformation, it should be repaired properly before installation can proceed.


2. During installation, pay attention to checking whether the connecting parts are loose, and the gap between the blades and the air duct should be even and not collide.


3. The weight of the connecting air duct should not be borne by the air duct of the fan, and additional support should be added during installation.


4. A collector must be installed at the air outlet of the fan, and it is hoped to install a protective net.


5. The fan base must be naturally connected to the foundation plane, and it is not allowed to forcefully connect the base by knocking it to prevent deformation. During installation, the base should be calibrated, iron pads should be added, and the basic horizontal position should be maintained. Then, the anchor bolts should be tightened.

6. After installation, it is necessary to conduct a test and wait for normal operation before proceeding.
